PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO PERMISSIONS

Fridababy, LLC (“Frida”) has asked for permission to use your photo, video, or other user generated content (including your likeness and persona if embodied in the photo, video, or other user generated content)  (your “Content”) for promotional purposes. As between you and Frida, you will remain the sole and exclusive owner of your Content. By responding with #yesfridababy, #yesfridamom, or any other response that Frida communicates to you as indicating your permission, you:

(a) grant Frida and its authorized representatives a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, fully transferable and sublicensable license to copy, display, perform, distribute, publish, modify, and creative derivative works of your Content in all forms and media for promotional purposes; and

(b) represent and warrant that your Content is truthful and accurate, you are the sole and exclusive owner of your Content, and Frida’s use of your Content in accordance with the above license will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy.

You hereby release and discharge Frida and its respective agents, employees and assigns, and anyone acting under their authorization, from any claims that such use as authorized herein violates any of your rights, including without limitation your intellectual property rights or any rights of publicity or privacy.  You understand that you will not be entitled to any additional compensation for the license, permission, and release granted herein or for the use of any of your Content.
